The Strategic Change Management Leader plays a key role in assuring large-scale change initiatives meet objectives within deadlines while increasing employee adoption and usage through communication and change management strategies.

In this position, I provided Director-level leadership over the Special Operations Support team, a team allocated to designated market areas across the United States to target specific operational needs. I planned and implemented projects from conception to execution in the areas of change management, internal communications, leadership development, organizational structure, process development and improvement, and strategic planning.A few key accomplishments in this role include:• Maintained an operating budget of $2.6M, including appropriate forecasting and ensuring operational efficiency to manage expenses.• Created a process for Operations Leadership to request, evaluate, and measure operational assistance across 85 markets, providing visibility and insight to 1,100 cases on average per year. This resulted in enhanced operational planning to deliver on client expectations and better determine and allocate resources.• Established parameters for additional assistance on field installations, resulting in a 30% reduction in assisting representatives and a decrease of 1.2 hours per install.• Recognized by the Chief Executive Officer at an annual awards ceremony for leading a team that made an exceptional impact to business objectives and client deliverables.• Redesigned performance measures at the Director, Manager, and Associate level, establishing clear expectations and enabling effective performance management objectives and assessment.

In this role, I managed, coached and motivated a team of Nielsen Field Representatives, spanning the Southeastern region of the United States and managing geographic assignments of Nielsen's Television Audience Measurement panel, to deliver high quality results through maintaining a strong in-field presence, focusing on engagement, and communicating clearly and consistently. I managed the sample quality process for a designated region, partnering with internal stakeholders. Conducted quality checks, interpreted data analysis, and improved key performance indicators.Key accomplishments to highlight in this position include:• Initiated a new reporting process for Field Trainers and Management, achieving clear training metrics and providing visibility into training efforts.• Launched a new client-based initiative across Operations for 1,500 associates focused on alignment and execution of the organization's highest priorities through content creation, schedule and milestones for the rollout and launch, structured report outs, and feedback loops.• Developed and presented new key performance indicator dashboards utilizing data visualization software, which was in turn adopted by the Operations Process team.• Formalized a process with a diverse, cross-functional team to lead the change management process relating to procedures or technologies impacting 1,500 associates.• Partnered with Quality and Risk Management Leadership to redesign methodological thresholds critical to ensuring high-quality data and maintaining Media Ratings Council Accreditation.

In this position, I oversaw a geographic assignment of Nielsen's Television Audience Measurement panel, established and fostered relationships with panelists, and maintained levels of engagement. I installed, maintained, and troubleshooted proprietary hardware and software in sample homes to capture three-screen audience measurements (mobile, online, and TV).Some key accomplishments in this position include:• Designed and delivered training sessions focused on enhancing interdepartmental relations between associates within Operations, enhancing engagement levels and KPIs.• Demonstrated effective leadership, achieving nomination and selection by Operations Leadership to mentor Field Representatives across the U.S.• Facilitated training during in-person and virtual market meetings on field area management techniques to maximize panel performance.• Recognized among the Top 10 Field Representatives in the U.S. for panel performance.
