CurrentGeneral Responsibilities: - Development of innovative solution concepts in the field of power electronics and electrical drive technology.- Planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of development projects.- Design, (real-time) simulation and laboratory testing of power electronic circuits and inverter-fed drive systems.- Further development of measurement systems, supervision of measurements, preparation and documentation of measurement data.- Preparation of technical specifications and their verification of the product.Specific Responsibilities:- Thermal test of IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs- Thermal simulation tool development and upgradaiton in MATLAB- B2B converter modeling, simulation, upgradation and validation- MATLAB script-based automated tool development for on-demand engineering analysis- Parallel simulation tool development for numerous simulations at a time efficiently- DC-Link dimensioning on power-stack design- MATLAB script-based DC-Link lifetime estimation tool development- On-demand custom PCB designing with Altium Deisgner for internal purpose- Gate driver designing with Altium Designer for single/parallel IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs upto 3.3kV- On-hand assembly of PCB with miniature components- Technical documentation of engineering analysis in MS Word and PowerPoint
