Responsible to produce daily, weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reports using Excel & Advanced Excel, i.e. Pipeline progress report, KPI Matrices.• Utilized the CRM (C4C from SAP)/OBIEE/(CVENT for events) tool to export the data for further analysis.• Performed analysis and presented results using MS Excel and VBA.• Imported, exported and manipulated large data sets in million-row databases.• Good knowledge of pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, Slicers, text, logical and statistical functions, V-lookup, H-lookup, Countif, Sumif, Indirect, Offset, Index, and Match functions.• Developed various macros & extensive use of VBA to automate the task for excel and outlook whenever and as required.• Daily Collaboration with Area Heads & Branch Managers to collect the data for the reports.• Used Power BI for data visualization to find the meaningful insights out of data.• Responsible to prepare reports for South Asia, South East Asia and PAN India level.
