Leading a team of architects and engineers from India along with the joint venture with ADM team based in city of Khartoum, Sudan, Africa to deliver the projects as per the design requirements and needs. Design development and deliverables training for the ADM team for the betterment of the quality of construction drawings and documents.

Lead architect and a building professional headed design projects for public and private buildings, including homes, commercial sites and also participated in various types of design proposals of all scales. My main duties during my tenure were to lead multiple projects i.e Hilton hotel project in Kathmandu, Nepal, Shankar Group Headquarters, Kathmandu, Nepal i.e. meeting with clients to discuss budgeting, structural specifications,contracts and the project management . Also guided and overlooked the team of architects and designers for Design proposals, Construction Drawings and BOQ's along with the coordination of MEP i.e. Electrical, Climate Control, Plumbing, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Communications. Also supervised other architectural, engineering, and construction professionals.

Project Architect for multiple units of Riverside Retreat Homes and Finch Eco Farms projects at Kotagiri, Tamilnadu along with the MEP and Site Coordination. Project Architect for Mixed Land Use Project i.e. Housing with Commercial, Retail and Health for Nivasan Homes, Coimbatore. Project Architect for various Residential and Commercial Projects based in Bengaluru.
