Building Cross Platform Application for Customer's Agents using Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile- Developing Backend in Clojure

- Leading the development of a mobile app utilizing Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose, providing a seamless mobile experience of Helpshift's customer CRM dashboard. Successfully managing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, delivering a high-quality application that enhanced customer satisfaction.- Played a pivotal role in Helpshift SDK X, an industry-leading customer support tool, installed on over 2 billion devices worldwide. Collaborated with a cross-functional team to develop multiple features, ensuring efficient communication between Java and WebViews. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, resulting in improved performance and enhanced user experience.- Developed Cocos2dx and Unity plugins for SDK X, enabling seamless integration of our Java layer APIs through JNI. Implemented a robust wrapper to streamline the utilization of our APIs, ensuring smooth interoperability between different game development platforms. This contribution significantly enhanced the versatility and accessibility of Helpshift SDK X, expanding its reach among gaming developers.- Developed scripts to optimize Jenkins job time and automate release processes, enabling efficient assembly of builds and execution of unit tests per commit.- Mentored and onboarded new team members and junior developers, providing guidance and support to facilitate their integration into the team and foster their professional growth.- Led knowledge-sharing initiatives and conducted training sessions to enhance the skills and proficiency of team members.
