Handling end to end Trade Marketing, New Product Introduction and GTM strategy of Sunfeast Biscuits, ITC Master Chef frozen snacks and Candyman Confectionery in Modern Trade, e-commerce and institutional channels.-Designed and executed the entire GTM from scratch for ITC's foray into frozen foods with the Frozen Snacks range under the ITC Master Chef brand. Launched in over 10k retail stores across Modern Trade and GT pan India along with all major ecommerce platforms. - Worked with ITC Foods Marketing leadership to identify portfolio gaps in pack size and price points in MT and e-com. Introduced 3 new large packs which contributed to incremental 20% sales for 18-19.

• Responsible for managing a topline of over INR 140 crores for the entire ITC Personal Care Portfolio with brands like Vivel, Superia, Engage and Savlon across the state of Odisha, second largest business geography for ITC Personal Care.• Leading a team of 3 Managers and 22 Executives to manage 80+ Business Partners, driving growth across 20000 retail outlets.• Delivered plan achievement of 105% and made Odisha the second fastest growing territory in India.

Developed and implemented a technology led product to increase last mile delivery efficiency to retail outlets from the distributor. Finalist in Younique, ITC’s annual innovation contest.
