In this role, my husband and I manage a team of 17 long-term missionaries, 3 Guatemalan staff and a physical base that can house up to 70 people. We receive mission groups ranging in size from 10 to 65 coming to Guatemala to do mission work in the surrounding villages for a week, a month or three months. Duties include managing the budget and finances for the groups and our Base; setting up ministry; facilitating meals, lodging and travel of the groups; working with the accountant for our NGO; and coordinating logistics and finances with our home office in Georgia.

Event Management for multiple Leadercast Events including venue selection, event logistics, on-site management, budgeting and vendor management. Also in charge of company's daily accounting functions including all accounts receivable and accounts payable.
