Tanya is an experienced supply chain leader, and proud Leadership Next (LX) Class of 2023, and University of Washington Foster School of Business Alumni. She aspires to be a well-rounded leader that encourages trust, inclusion and positive energy. Tanya is an experienced cross-functional Supply Chain leader with exposure and influence in operations, contracts, program and project management, affordability, rate readiness, work movement, notice of escape quality and delivery recoveries, industrial engineering, and inventory strategy. Tanya has supported all BCA sustaining programs and the 737MAX and 777X Development programs. Mentoring and coaching is very important to Tanya, as she continues to strive to continuously improve herself and support her peers. She is available to mentor, feel free to reach out! Tanya is a member of the Boeing Women Inspiring Leadership North Puget Sound community, Boeing Black Employees Association Member and Advocate, and fundraising lead for several annual Enterprise initiatives such as Books & Backpacks and Spirit of the Holidays. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys outdoor activities (lakes, campfires, hiking trails) with her husband and pup. Traveling, especially to Paris and Maui, are her absolute favorites as they have major life milestones tied to them. She also enjoys concerts and wine tasting with friends, and will never turn down a good book and coffee!
