Coaching is my passion in life. I feel honoured and privileged to work with so many talented and capable people. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than to walk alongside my clients on the path to change.My key aim, in every session, is to listen to what is said, hear the unspoken and act as a mirror for transformation. I strive to create shifts in awareness and enable my clients to identify perceptions and assumptions that block progress.Clients have described my coaching style as warm and open and my questions as deep and provocative. For any coaching relationship to succeed I believe creating a safe and supportive space is vital.If thoughts are the seeds of change, then action is the key to transformation. So often, learning is lost to wind of time, without chance to take root and grow. Practical models, tools and techniques are at the heart of my coaching practice. Understanding is essential to building awareness, but application is vital to sustainable change. I ensure my clients are equipped with the tools and motivation to take appropriate action and achieve success.
