• Oversees the on boarding of new Creative Services clients and the facilitation of new projects, including print and web design. • Establishes priority for all project and maintenance work using internal Helpdesk platform and JIRA, and communicates goals to the team.• Creates quarterly statistical reports to measure department success. • Establishes quality control processes.• Looks to create efficiencies by establishing and maintaining detailed procedural documentation. • Collaborates with other development teams and departments to ensure a quality product.• Provides support, mentorship and training opportunities to the Creative Services team, with recommendations for growth and development.

Assisted with the design and production of regulatory reports, marketing pieces, and other printed materials including, fact sheets, quarterly guides, commentaries, annuals, semi-annuals, prospectuses,collateral, marketing brochures and slicks, applications, statement shells, newsletters, and self-mailers. Managed distribution lists and coordinated printing to ensure that regulatory deadlines were met.
