Hi, my name is Dr. Dan Tao, I’m a Clinical Psychologist registered with the OPQ. Life can be challenging for all of us at times. I provide client-centred, flexible and collaborative therapy tailored to your goals and needs. I focus on your strengths and values as sources of healing, and together, we will navigate with mindfulness and compassion.I provide individual therapy to adults, older adults, teenagers (14+) as well as couple therapy. I pay attention to the broader contexts your life story situates in, including your family relationships, social circles, culture, religion, the larger society and beyond. I specialize in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, such as first- and second-generation immigrants, people with mixed cultural heritage, and those with religious background.
