Ranging from Heavy Machineries like 1,000 KVA DGs, Industrial Compressors, Welding Generators & related equipment, Towering Lights, etc. to earthmoving equipment like Bull Dozers, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Skid Loaders, etc. to lifting equipment like Cranes (mobile, EOT & Tower), Pipe Loaders, Manlifts, Scissor Lifts, Tele-Handlers, Reach Stackers, Heavy Fork Lifts, etc. to transportation vehicles like Buses, Cars, Pick-Ups, SUVs, Mini Vans, Mini & Medium Duty Trucks for Cargo & Tanker usages and other major equipment used in construction fields, my principal role is to lead the planning, achieve the approvals from Directors & Chairman with the help of Project Execution Team, supervise & actively participate in all stages of procurement activities including submission of data to Engineering Team, Project Execution Team, Client(s) & finally project owners for product & quality approvals, liaison with respective Project Execution Team, Higher Management and Finance & Accounts team for the final billing to client.Major Equipment & Automotive Manufacturers, dealt by me during my tenure are given below as,Caterpillar, Cummins, MTU, Kirloskar, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, JCB, Bobcat, Komatsu, Hyundai, Doosan, Liebherr, Terex (Demag), Tadano, Groove, Manitowac, Hitachi Sumitomo, Genie, JLG, Manito, Mitsubishi, Heli, Kone, Fuji, Thyssen Krupp, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Isuzu, Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Hino, Mercedes, MAN, Volvo, Scania, Renault and many other world class Manufacturers.Besides the above, I led a separate procurement team of 4, dedicated for Spares & Services of Equipment, Heavy Machinery & Automotives for all KSA & Bahrain projects.
