With a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Vedang Institute of Technology, my recent tenure at TATA Lockheed Martin Aerostructures Limited as an Officer has honed my competencies in inventory control, stock management, and strategic material planning. My role demanded meticulous attention to detail, ensuring damage-free stock and adherence to FIFO and 5S principles.During my time at TATA Lockheed Martin, I led a team of up to six members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives and maintaining a Foreign Object Damage (FOD) free work area. Our collaborative efforts in the Receiving Inspection and Supplier Quality Assurance domains significantly contributed to the streamlining of processes and a more efficient, quality-controlled environment.
