Tools used was POSTMAN and for automation we used JMeter & also used Karate Framework later.Apart from the project deliverables responsibility, here I had also played a big role in hiring and nurturing local resources.I then travelled to UK for another Mobile banking project. I had played the role of a Technical Test Manager here which included end to end testing starting from 3Amigos for requirement gathering/understanding, Test case/script review, execution, test data management, reporting, coordinating all phases of RTL like QA, SIT, UAT, NFT & Production.It was around 18 months where I was solely responsible for all the QE activities for 4 feature team consisting of 12 member across different geographical locations.Created the Test Plan and updated it as an when scope changed. Ensured Risk Management, Mitigation Plan are always up to date and on track. This project was also integrated with multiple 3rd party vendors where I had to co-ordinate with them and ensure the data syncing was working correctly.Finally I had to provide a signoff presentation to all the stakeholders which included all the detailed scope of the sprint, defects, sign-offs of different phases and others.Currently I am working closely for another Banking client where I am trying to build a QE team by on-board the candidates and nurturing them to be a value addition for both client and Maveric. I joined Tesco as a Software Engineer & later promoted to Sr. Software Engineer in the 4+ yrs. tenure. My roles and responsibilities was to understand the requirement, design and develop functional and automation test scripts(BDD), review test scripts, Test execution both Functional & Automation with API mocking using Charles. Started with Calabash and Ruby as automation tool and later migrated to Appium with Java.
