CurrentManage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for multi-million dollar aftermarket automotive lighting company, including a team of 14, with four direct reports.• Track, report, and analyze all product sales and marketing efforts to determine ROI & KPI metrics, through Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, and more.• Work cross-functionally with engineering and sales teams for new product releases and product support. • Oversee maintenance and creation of product listings and advertisements on Amazon Seller Central, resulting in a 165% sales increase Y/Y.• Oversee maintenance of company eCommerce website through Magento platform, including content, data, and search engine optimization for over 4,000 SKUs and 15,000 different listings.• Oversee management of industry-specific datasets (ACES/PIES) through eCommerce website data exports.• Oversee all in-house media generation, including pre-shoot scheduling and strategy, and post-shoot editing to ensure consistent brand image and drive product sales.• Oversee creation and implementation of targeted paid social campaigns designed to increase store traffic and sales, including Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram ads, resulting in over 23,500 purchases YTD.• Oversee creation and development of marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, product packaging, digital graphics, print advertisements.• Oversee general and segmented email marketing communication to over 216,000 recipients through MailChimp.• Oversee content creation, growth, and community engagement of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter to a combined audience of over 321,000 followers.• Oversee organization of event and trade show logistics and direct pre-show and post-show marketing materials and communication, including the SEMA Show and the PRI Show.
