Owner operator of a pressure washing company called Deep Waters Pressure Washing LLC. Working in all areas of Florida on residential and commercial properties! Including, but not limited to, driveways, roofs, sidewalks, parking lots, exterior buildings, etc.Prior, I worked for a roofing company as an office manager. My responsibilities include but not limited to payroll, hiring, HR responsibilities, reports, sales, escalated issues, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suites, assisting to achieve quotas, Invoicing, pulling and scheduling of permits, and great working knowledge of AccuLynx. Previously, I worked at A CPA firm in Clearwater as an Executive Assistant. Upholding duties to include but not limited to scheduling, filing tax documents, answering phones, sending documents for e-signatures, work within Salesforce, and more. Before I had the pleasure to work with Nationwide Title Clearing as the Sales Office Manager, managing the day-to-day administrative duties to keep the sales department afloat. This includes hosting/coordinating all VIP/Client visits, project management, running reports and daily sales numbers and maintaining all sales contracts for our organization. Also worked previously at The Rawlings Company as a Research and Qualification Analyst, where I managed all medical legal files and claims for two years. Prior to The Rawlings Company, I worked as a case law editor at Lawriter, LLC in Ohio, where I managed a team that assisted in editing all legal documents, as well as did all hiring, training, and payroll for the company.On my free time, I love to spend time with my beautiful family, visit the gulf coast beaches and traveling.
