As the financial coordinator I handled patient and Insurance collection accounts for 850 patients and handled all the phone calls in reference to those accounts. I processed daily payment sheets and prepared deposits for the clinic. I posted patient and insurance payments. Coordinated with patients in setting up payment plans.
