My interest in mental health with an awareness of cultural considerations and a commitment to advocacy motivated me to seek a degree in Social Work and I am excited to continue to learn and gain experience in the community.I have deep compassion and empathy and I am eager to use my skills and enthusiasm with others to help them develop and achieve their goals. Through my education at The University of Cincinnati, I have worked on learning and developing different methods of engagement and support and I am looking forward to applying these skills in the community. My experience in Social Work includes my associate degree placement experience with Miamisburg City Schools and organizing events with friends and neighbors for various organizations in the community. I enjoy learning new skills and methods while making connections with others and I am looking forward to gaining relevant and important experience.
