I’m dedicated to creating an environment in which each individual feels valued, but understands the high expectations and the purpose of the task at hand. I work hard to solve problems creatively and encourage my team to do the same. Additionally, I strive to promote prosocial behaviors through modeling and education.I joined the military and started my psychology education in 2006. Since then, I have consistently leaned forward to gain additional experience and education whenever possible. In 2013, I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Cum Laude honors. In 2015, I earned my commission through Officer Training School and have since been awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal, the 2018 Major General Warren R Carter Logistics Readiness Award (Daedalian Honor), the title of Company Grade Officer of the Year, and was ranked first in my class by the Training Instructors at Officer Training School. I worked for four years as a Logistics Readiness Officer where I acted as the Operations Officer, managing five flights, 74 people, and multiple special projects, including disaster response efforts, interstate ANG collaboration, and a first-of-it’s-kind MO ANG training event with over 1.2k participants. I also served for two years in the Secretary or the Air Force Chief Data and AI officer where I helped draft foundational Air Force data and JADC2 documents, contributed reports to Congress, spoke at the inaugural DAF Data and AI Forum at MIT, and provided headquarters Air Force-level guidance to MAJCOM customers. I am currently an Information Operations Officer. Throughout my career I have sought ways to blend my vocational and academic strengths. As a Green Dot Implementer I worked to create an atmosphere of prosocial activity, bystander responsibility, and violence prevention. I was also a member of the Community Action Team, responsible for the mental health and morale of over 1,000 people. I hold a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology, in which I graduated with High Distinction and a 4.0 GPA. I am currently continuing my education at UNLV Boyd Law School where I am working to earn a Juris Doctor degree.I hope to continue to serve my community and create positive change wherever life takes me.
