Duties include drafting relevant content, managing user engagement, and adjusting the campaign based on performance results.Coordinating, and managing brand activations at major events across the country with our premier partnerships including ALSD, ISM Raceway, UCONN, Watkins Glen International Speedway, Orange Bowl and more. Duties include managing employees, engaging customers with the brand, generating new ideas for promotional giveaways at the booth, as well as event set up/breakdown. Generating email campaigns to new, and existing customers. Duties including drafting content, designing templates, and optimizing the delivery for maximum engagement. Familiar with the Mailchimp platform. Preparing and monitoring daily reports while analyzing various aspects of sales data.

Project Support: Assisting various departments with tasks including: analysis, research, content development, and social media management.Administrative Support: Front Desk duties including: signing guests in/out of the building, answering/properly directing phone calls throughout the company, handling, sorting, tracking, and delivering company mail, and assisting with sending accounting checks. Skill Cultivation: Learning new Excel, HTML, and Google Analytics skills from completing company-wide university courses, with the goal of securing a position in another department.

Paired with the Wickford Art Association as a volunteer to assist their organization in strategizing, and enhancing its social media presence. Responsible for composing Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook posts while offering guidance on gaining a larger social media audience.
