A Company (Operations), Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 4th Infantry Division- Commands an Operations Company in a Division-level Headquarters Battalion; responsible for the readiness, training, welfare, and safety of 251 Soldiers and equipment valued in excess of $28 Million. - Provides life support, logistical support, and training to the Division staff. - Established creative information management systems for personnel actions, training management, and property accountability; reduced processing time by 40%. - Improved a Division Tactical Operations Center Rapid-Deployment Standard Operating Procedure; increasing the staff’s deployability rate

588th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division- Enhances collaboration; Planned, synchronized, and resourced training operations for the Battalion. Oversaw the Battalion training resource management program. Established policies and systems that facilitated effecitive training for five companies and over 500 Soldiers.- Planned, coordinated, and resourced the Battalion train up and execution of the live fire certification exercise; the first of three deployment qualifying events.

557th Engineer Company, 864th Engineer Battalion, 555th Engineer Brigade- Superior Manager of Systems.- Chief of Staff and second in Command of a 136-Soldier Engineer Company forward deployed in support of a Construction Effects Battalion. Survised all company supply, maintenance, and logistics operations. Maintained the unit’s operational readiness rate of 98% for a 195 vehicle fleet valued in excess of $58 Million.- Developed and codified company systems for personnel actions, property management, maintenance, information management systems and training resources.- Served as the Company Construction Officer focused on management of resources, budget, schedule and personnel for four construction projects with severe resource constriants and the Battalion’s first Forward Operating Base closure.

2nd Platoon, 557th Engineer Company, 864th Engineer Battalion, 555th Engineer Brigade- Proven leader. Managed accountability and maintenance for over $23 Million of equipment.- Represented the 555th Engineer Brigade as the 2012 “Outstanding Platoon Leader of the Year” in the Annual Engineer Regimental Awards.- Responsible for the training and welfare of a 39-Soldier horizontal construction Platoon in garrsion and deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freeom XIII. Planned, resourced, and executed construction and combat engineering support missions to enhance maneuver and force protection for U.S. Forces.- Effective project management. Constructed 22-acres of improved work space to support the consolidation of bases in RC-East Afghanistan to Bagram Airfield under budget in an austere environment. Supported the United States Border Patrol of California in construction of .5-mile of road, lighting and drainage; completed on-time and under the $750,000 budget. Enabled an unprotected border to be accessed by the border patrol to assist with counterdrug and counter-narcoterrorism operations.
