• Supervise receptionist, MA’s, and Xray techs• Keep inventory of medical supplies and equipment• Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues tomaintain patient satisfaction• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and surgeries• Maintain offices filing system for medical records• Coordinate with health care providers, insurance companies and external parties• Monitor and implement compliance with healthcare regulations m, privacy laws and safety standards• Hold interviews and review resumes for possible candidates for open positions the company has

-establish a relationship and serve as a bridge between patients and their medical teams-perform tasks including intake evaluations, admit patients into the facility, track patient records anddata-submit surgery request to the hospital-organize and keep track of which physicians team are on call

Provide orthopedic care and services to patients. This includes setting and removing casts, applyingsprints and braces, caring for injured patients, preparing patients for surgery and assisting orthopedic surgeons during procedures.
