Manage the AR department and staff. Responsible for monthly/quarterly sales and use tax reporting, AR rollforwards, Account Reconciliations, AR agings for bank reporting, accruals, subcontractor revenue/expense reconciliations, commission reports, invoicing, track utilization reports for all equipment and movement, month end close, bank and year end.

Manage aging reports for A/R, file dispute claims for shortages on PO's and unauthorized chargeback deductions. Post check/wire payments to various accounts, submit invoices EDI/Paper, analyze returned merchandise reports, assist with budget reports and commission reports, manage incoming cash flow spreadsheets/reporting for CFO, issue credit/debit memos.

Managed aging reports, collection of payments from customers as well as insurance companies, set up payment arrangements, medical billing/coding/data entry, invoicing EDI/Paper, disputed denied insurance claims on services provided, posted payments to customer accounts, managed cash flow and daily deposits answered multi-line telephones, submitted.
