Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions by entering account information. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; prepares reconciliations for balance sheet and other reports. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating processes and answering questions. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Maintain financial security by following internal controls. Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Manage the AR department and staff. Responsible for monthly/quarterly sales and use tax reporting, AR rollforwards, Account Reconciliations, AR agings for bank reporting, accruals, subcontractor revenue/expense reconciliations, commission reports, invoicing, track utilization reports for all equipment and movement, month end close, bank and year end audits, and collections.

Manage aging reports for A/R, file dispute claims for shortages on PO's and unauthorized chargeback deductions. Post check/wire payments to various accounts, submit invoices EDI/Paper, analyze returned merchandise reports, assist with budget reports and commission reports, manage incoming cash flow spreadsheets/reporting for CFO, issue credit/debit memos, posting sales and credit card transactions, create return authorizations and issue credit back to consumers, research fines for late shipments, work closely with sales and logistics regarding customer related issues and help resolve outstanding issues, various other duties as assigned.

Managed aging reports, collection of payments from customers as well as insurance companies, set up payment arrangements, medical billing/coding/data entry, invoicing EDI/Paper, disputed denied insurance claims on services provided, posted payments to customer accounts, managed cash flow and daily deposits answered multi-line telephones, submitted secondary paper claims, verified insurance coverage,pre-authorizations, and referrals for patients, various other duties as assigned.
