I also answer queries by email and phone regarding certain plans, policies, and benefits. I use my office administration skills to manage data, records, and documents, and ensure compliance with the company's standards and procedures. I also use my time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple responsibilities.
