Digital Solutions Support Business Partner
Current- Responsible for the strategic relationship with Ecolab stakeholders, related to the digital customer support experience. Work with product owners, business partners and stakeholders to create an end-to-end support.
- Serve as the main point of contact for CDS digital support to all business segments
- Consult and collaborate with the business product owners to lead with self-help and case deflection
- Lead in the initial scoping and vetting of all digital support needs and requirements
- Drive, lead and mentor the CDS Digital Solutions Support operational team to successfully execute on the support model
- Provide insight and recommendations to product owners on key strategic indicators for solution and support enhancements
