She is also a board director of Strava, a digital community platform for athletes; Kindbody, a US fertility care & benefits provider, and Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON), the pioneer in home fitness technology. She sits on Audit, Compensation, and Nominating & Governance committees, as well as specialized sub-committees addressing critical strategic initiatives. Previously, Tara was CEO of TMRW Life Sciences, a high-growth fertility healthtech company. Under her leadership, the company secured FDA and CE Mark clearance, achieved 20% market share within two years of launch, and earned the top global ranking in Fast Company’s Most Innovative Biotech Companies. Tara is a passionate advocate for leveraging technology to improve access to and quality of care.Prior to TMRW, Tara was President and CFO of Shake Shack (NYSE: SHAK), where she led a transformative digital evolution, expanding the customer base, and diversifying revenue streams, culminating in a quadrupling of market capitalization and approximately 200% revenue growth. During her tenure, she led both their equity offering and convertible bond issuance, solidifying the company’s strongest-ever financial position. Earlier in her career, Tara held C-suite roles at leading global media enterprises, driving significant transformation and reinvention across these organizations. These included Getty Images (NYSE: GETY), McCann Worldgroup (NYSE: IPG), and IPG Mediabrands, where as a founding executive and Global CFO & COO, she oversaw more than $30 billion globally.
