As Sales Manager, I focus on and assist in public relations activities such as advertising, education, market trends, annual events and Conference & Expo, networking and assisting industry leaders to be able to become knowledgeable and gain a competitive edge. In this role I lead the company’s B2B sales efforts, increasing member exposure opportunities through targeted sales initiatives and overseeing execution via a team of fulfillment coordinators and project managers while managing the annual budgets. • Research, develop, solicit, confirm, implement and service ISPA advertisers, sponsors and corporate partners.• Manage association assets and coordinate with sales team to insure inventory is tracked and client needs are met.• Create sales materials, including proposals, reports, summaries, and updates.• Work closely with marketing team to identify creative ways to engage members and prospects.• Work with the ISPA staff and Board of Directors to strengthen and maximize sales opportunities.• Emphasize and focus on advertising sales and bottom line profitability of ISPA publications.• Responsible for prospecting new companies to involve in various sponsorship and advertising opportunities. • Evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorships each year and create new opportunities based on the requests and needs of sponsors and members. • Ensure that profit margins and revenue growth are tracked and met. • Assist with preparation of the annual budget.

Responsible for generating both traditional and non-traditional advertising revenue for a cluster of 9 radio stations in the Lexington market. Meet and exceed sales budgets; identify and develop new business opportunities; keep and grow existing client relationships; offer solutions which help achieve marketing and advertising strategies, matching their needs to integrated media products. Experienced in:- Selling multiple product outlets; online/digital, digital streaming, broadcast radio products, non- traditional revenue sponsorship, and sports marketing.- Strong client service relationship\building skills- Ability to plan, organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Strong negotiating and closing skills- Creative copy writing for audio, digital and event advertising- Training and helping with sales staff with adaptation - Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Sales Force proficient- Admin. Work: maintaining records, producing reports/forecasts and collection of payment and revenue collections

Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, local professionals and other referral sources in the medical community. Foster relationships to serve as referral sources to clients and those decision makers regarding programs and services provided through Rotech. Execute marketing plans and targeted goals and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and players in the marketplace.
