 On boarding of new team members – participated in interview process, submitted requests for system access based on roles, ensured a smooth transition from hiring to first day. Key role in CMHC Securitization Project. Supported team leaders & their team members with metrics, continuous improvement, coaching, one on one conversations. Participated in daily team huddles to view work volumes, capacity of resources, discuss issues and concerns with the team members and management. Supported various teams within banking operations including the Search & Registration team. Tasks included PPR discharges, registrations, property tax searches, auditing current lien registrations to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.
