Formed by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), HVIP offers point-of-sale discounts to make clean trucks and buses more affordable for fleets. • Direct the Albany Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (AAMPO), including development of the inaugural Regional Transportation Plan and Transit Development Plan; manage Title VI compliance; administer annual work program and budget in partnership with Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration • Lead Planner: Pedal Corvallis bikeshare: Project delivery including siting and launch; community outreach and marketing; sponsor development and system expansion • Coordinate the Cascades West Area Commission on Transportation, which convenes elected officials on regional policy topics to advise the Oregon Department of Transportation • Staff Lead: Regional Park and Ride Plan, addressing mobility hubs and first mile / last mile solutions • Manage ridematching and trip-tracking database (DriveLessConnect.com), in collaboration with public and private partners across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington• Oversee technical assistance for Safe Routes to School initiatives in five school districts, including project delivery, grant administration, and coalition-building• Transportation Options Group of Oregon, Board of Directors
