Laguna Beach native Tara Hotchkis has been a top-producing real estate agent in Southern California since 2003, with sales of more than half a billion dollars in residential real estate, ranked in the top 1.5% of agents in the US. Tara Hotchkis is a Senior Estate Director at COMPASS Beverly Hills and is the Founder of the Beverly Hills-based real estate team, Luxury Homes + Spaces. In 2017, Hotchkis represented Major League Baseball Player, Ichiro Suzuki in the sale of his Downtown Los Angeles Arts District Penthouse Loft, setting a new price per square foot record. The Luxury Homes + Spaces Team represent celebrity and high-profile individual and corporate clients throughout Los Angeles. In addition to real estate, Tara is passionate about contemporary art and design, supporting several Los Angeles and Laguna Beach-based non-profit organizations.
