-Coordinating district-wide Safe Routes to School programs and initiatives, with a focus on eight elementary schools, six of those Title I, in the City of Richmond.-Working closely with the Richmond Public Schools Health and Physical Education department to integrate bike safety and skills education into the P.E. curriculum.-Building partnerships with schools, community organizations, and city departments.-Creating and promoting district-wide encouragement programs and SRTS resources for schools.-Planning and implementing bike and pedestrian events, including a city-wide bike event and annual Walk and Bike to School Day events.-Serving on district committees and coalitions that will further SRTS program goals and program sustainability.-Coordinating distribution and collection of student travel tallies and parent surveys at partner schools and participate in other evaluation activities as needed.-Completing grant reports on division-wide SRTS activities.-Developing & implementing the RPS Crossing Guard program, which serves all elementary, middle, preschool RPS students.

-Configured highly customized peer review sites for clients on the ScholarOne Abstracts & Proceedings platforms.-Remotely trained administrators and end-users on all aspects of their custom software.-Coordinated with administrators to develop, manage, and support the project plans for their entire scholarly meeting cycle.-Managed the export process and created customized reporting.-Developed multiple process improvements for my team.ScholarOne Abstracts provides an end-to-end online solution for Abstract Submission, Peer Review, Program Creation, Publishing Output, and Administrative Control.

-Created and implemented end-user on-site and remote training programs, as well as the accompanying supplemental training documentation.-Designed a certification course for business partners, which included managing additional trainers and supplemental course materials.-Created product profiles and pricing matrix for training course offerings.-Managed Technical Project Managers in the delivery of training.-Managed the documentation publishing process, the storage of source files, and the organization of archived documents.

-Trained scholarly journal Editors and Administrators on the utility and configuration of their peer review platform website remotely and on-site.-Developed and enhanced the curriculum for teaching clients to master the use of their Manuscript Central website.-Administered Manuscript Central University, the software’s certification course.
