• Responsible for developing marketing strategies for external clients and client engagement.• Assist Business Development team in creating marketing/informational one-sheets.• Develop and implement lead generation campaigns.• Continually post and create authentic content for our website and social media sites.• Identify appropriate awards and recognition for CCR and manage press and media relationships.• Brand Coordinator.• Publish the internal Magazine “Around the Circle” each month.

There are two main categories in which my position is required to fulfill:SALES SUPPORT- Create and help implement revenue generating sales programs.- Develop marketing “one-sheets” and presentations that help educate clients and /or staff on station offerings and keep them current and updated.- Meet with Sales Managers on a daily/weekly basis to review opportunities and initiatives.- Track progress for all sales initiatives.- Support sales management with information/reports as requested.- Fully execute sales promotional concepts from start to finish, or as necessary to make theses programs successful.STATION/INTERDEPARTMENTAL SUPPORT- Work with General Manager and other departments to develop marketing ideas and strategies for the station and its clients.- Clearly communicate marketing project updates to GM and other departments affected on a regular basis.- Take leadership role in reviewing stations websites to insure clients and projects are accurately represented.- Apply station resources as needed to help stations and/or clients (ex: text campaigns, mobile strategies, web campaigns, client location events, etc.).-Help coordinate events that CW 18 & My 24 host such as mall appearances, Thursday Night Light events (high school football games broadcast live on My 24), and client location appearances.- Work as a liaison between all other departments such as promotions, production and business to ensure projects are executed properly.

- Work closely with the Branch Manager and the Customer Service Manager- Work to achieve a full knowledge of the operational tasks of the bank and assist with any customer needs while promoting branch wellness and creating motivation.- Run a “cash drawer” to be able to make deposits and withdrawals for customers.
