With a foundation of science, measurement, and employee voices, I create programs that enable employees to be more psychologically and physically healthy. I strategically produce communications, programs, and initiatives that energize employees and tie their work to the mission, increase satisfaction and fulfillment in the workplace, and grow staff commitment to the organization.
