As a P&C Business Partner I am responsible for the development and delivery of the annual people plan for the Investments and Operations (Technology and Digital) business teams. I partner with the Chiefs and their leadership teams to implement the P&C strategic initiatives that align to the company’s strategic priorities, and oversee the annual cyclical P&C activities, which promote employee engagement, retention and talent development strategies. The strong stakeholder relationships I have forged is through a consultative and collaborative approach and by providing timely advice on people matters through to resolution, organisational design and some operational BAU. I partner with P&C COE to develop solutions, contribute to P&C projects and enhance policies and processes.
