My goal is, while I teach others, to continue learning everything I can because it makes me the best teacher I can be and allows me to help my clients in ways I couldn’t imagine before embarking on this journey. Every client's program is custom and consists of any mixture of non-stop, physically taxing fitness-based movements, therapeutic exercises, postural strengthening and structural integration, lengthening and balancing the body and mind with the breath, and more. A pilates session can be as difficult, or as slow and rejuvenating as the client’s body wants or needs. The best sessions have a little of everything mixed in.There is no joy greater than unwinding a client’s patterns while stripping away years of pain and giving them feeling of balance and control. As I build my team I plan to hire instructors whose vision is aligned with mine and take pride in the puzzle that the client represents rather than choreography. Watching a client overcome an exercise or motion that seemed impossible or participate in an activity they didn’t believe they could is the best part of the job.

 Responsible for the day to day management of an open space high end art gallery. Responsibilities included, but not limited too opening and closing of space, curation of space, management of other employees and art handlers, sales and everything in between.  Created the schedules for the employees, hired and trained new employees focusing on leadership development and sales consulting.  Found and procured a database and handled maintenance of said data base. Researched and authored press releases related to represented artists and/or specific pieces mediums and art forms.
