• Production and Planning Control for Bathrobe division producing 1 million bathrobes per annum (State-of-the art manufacturing facility). Meeting business targets of OTIF (On Time In Full), Timely dispatches, Productivity Per Person• Formulation and execution of weekly and monthly Production Plan and ensuring adherence with support and coordination from Production, R&D, Marketing, Merchandising and Logistics team• Cost reduction initiatives through reduction in lead time of material procurement, raw material consumption through inventory control• Coordinating with Purchase team for timely procurement of raw material and packing material in order to meet order deadlines• Identification and allocation of Budget as per order requirement, analysing planned vs actual consumption and recommending appropriate countermeasures as per analysis• Coordinate with Functional/Divisional Heads of various departments like Marketing, R&D in order to meet production deadlines and attain the Company’s overall goals of Customer Satisfaction• Improve plant utilization by liquidating left over orders after consultation with the Marketing team
