- Act as a Senior Frontend Developer and Team Lead for 10 developers working on core product development. Orchestrated the design and development of a workflow automation product that significantly increased the company's overall worth.- Created system optimization, enabling it to support hundreds of thousands of concurrent users, significantly enhancing its scalability and reliability to meet demanding user traffic. Increased the product speed from 9 to 2.1 seconds within 3 months instead of the originally estimated 6 months - Developed a system to monitor and trace errors across all team microservices, linking front-end user actions with backend requests in a unified stream. Starlight Media is the largest Ukrainian broadcasting group, composed of six television stations and nine other media and advertising companies.- As a full-stack developer, I developed all the news websites from scratch for one of the country's leading TV channel holdings using PHP, JavaScript, and occasionally WordPress. This development was instrumental in successfully transitioning the channel's broadcast news to an online format, which now attracts hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors.- Using React, along with vanilla JavaScript and jQuery, I developed the frontend component of a video administration system for TV channels. This system facilitates the cutting, saving, and optimizing of video content for online streaming. Its capabilities enable the selective display of video content on various online platforms, significantly enhancing viewer engagement.- I developed dozens of specialized small sites for media-holding projects using WordPress. Led the digital transformation of the national stage of Eurovision's initial selections by moving the voting process online, enhancing accessibility and engagement.- Implemented the Gitflow workflow, testing culture, and elements of the CISD process, significantly enhancing the stability and reliability of our projects.
