Winner of 60+ advertising awards and one of Amex's most successful and longest-running campaigns. -Sourced, produced and distributed 30k+ Shop Small-branded merchandise kits to promote the program at point of sale and at thousands of nationwide community events. This on-the-ground media channel was critical to driving brand awareness, favorability, and spend at small businesses. Automated back-end fulfillment operations. -Led FedEx/Shop Small partnership.
