Reconciled a complex FY17 within weeks of joining the team-Produced $12k photoshoot under budget and on time for new UX/UI design and brand launch for next phase of Beta Launch-Aligned creative director, digital producer, social media strategist, customer service reps and PR manager to create a holistic and innovative approach to customer acquisition and retention

Marketing and Fundraising

Launched innovative women's fitness gym and holistic wellness center. Developed functional training programs, coached ~100 clients daily. Lead all staffing and team development and sought to cultivate a culture within the business as well as the entire community. Lead philanthropic efforts and was a leader in local sustainability. Lead development of website, maximized software implementation in order to create seamless and enjoyable user experience. Planned and executed strategic marketing and social media plans. Assisted in the launch of 12,000 SF gymnastics training center. Hired, trained, developed and managed staff of 15+ coaches. Grew membership base from 0-350+ within first year of business launch. Focused on leadership and a team-minded attitude for overall quality of service and business growth.
