Drive prioritization of data pipelines, data standardization and delivery of KPIs/OKRs, as well as expanded usage of Snowflake and Tableau across FICO. o Introduced an IT project intake framework that allowed FICO to see all upcoming cloud sales, forecast the necessary staffing and timelines, identify bottlenecks, and determine key product investment opportunities to reduce delivery times. This process reduced the number of escalations by over 50% and allowed FICO sales teams to set the right expectations with customers.o Data intake and dashboard development to allow sales operations and GTS teams to track and subsequently reduce AWS pilot costs. Achieved annualized savings of $800k.o Created enterprise data management strategy and governance model. Implemented data governance council to eliminate siloed decision-making and help transform FICO into a data-driven culture using data and insights to drive meaningful business outcomes. o Revitalized ITIL service management by leading change from reactive to proactive problem-solving strategies through actionable business intelligence.
