My last 3 years working for Tagaddod - Wast Managment Start Up - as a Project's Consultant has been a great opportunity to utilise of my ability to achieve success in completely area out of my comfort zone, using my experience in totally different work field and environment. Getting the learning of Lean Six Sigma and using it to achieve the reorganization of the Operations in a waste management start up company was absolutely a great challenge and it payed off.That did not took me away from my career and passion of petroleum geology in both exploitation and exploration, I'm still doing consultation and deliver training courses with Enppi and others. Working in multinational teams in Cairo, London and Houston offices had been a unique experience to fully engaged in-depth in exploration to development in basins like Gulf of Suez, Red Sea, Onshore and Offshore Western Desert, Nile Delta, Kwanza Basin, Ghadams-Illisi Basins, Sirte Basin and GoM.The roles I had during my journey varies between stratigrapher, regional team leader, technical network's leader and geology discipline leader. I had the pleasure to work as a coach and mentor for many geoscientists in work environment of respect, honesty and fun.
