Additionally, for the purpose of driving efficiency, I automate internal and external processes through effective stakeholder management and collaboration initiatives. I also optimize MEETYOO product usability flows to elevate user experience and conducting comprehensive training for internal teams and external partners to ensure proficiency in product-related activities.

My role was to assure the quality of virtual events and online conferences. This involved configuring and testing to ensure a seamless user experience. I also designed operational structures to provide effective support for multiple internal stakeholders and international partners, emphasising a commitment to operational excellence. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of educating users about new features, systems, and business processes, contributing to a smooth transition to enhanced technologies

In this role, I led Huawei Value Added Service department, for both Huawei-owned and third-party/vendor products. Including VIVA NFV Cloud migration, focusing on virtualisation, storage, and signalling nodes. Additionally, my role included data analysis, evaluating content partners, service flow design and quality assurance testing. My responsibilities extended to executing comprehensive reporting tasks, covering monthly revenue, user trends, and network utilisation analysis. Furthermore, I actively managed and trained the Back Office team members, both locally and remotely, to enhance overall performance

I specialised in managing VIVA messaging platforms, including SMSC, SMSGW, MMSC, and USSD, actively contributing to the successful delivery of various Cloud migration projects, where I oversaw the service flow of platforms and orchestrated the migration of physical nodes to a new virtualised environment. Additionally, I took charge of managing Cloud service platforms (VMS, SDP), addressing technical service requests, analysing customer complaints, and proposing effective network-enhancing software modifications.

I played a key role in monitoring and maintaining the VIVA-STC Core Network and Value Added Services. I excelled in swiftly detecting and escalating network/service alarms, effectively addressing technical complaints, and meticulously tracking billing issues. My responsibilities extended to collecting and analysing network data for KPI measurements, enabling me to deliver insightful and regular end-to-end resource reports.
