Information Technology Supervisor
Current- install and integrate new server hardware and applications.- Manage Microsoft active directory,Support end-users with IT-related problems within Service Level Agreement- Administer assistance through office visits as necessary to users remotely - Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, Including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.- Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise-level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting Collaborating with internal departments to build and maintain network infrastructures that meet business needs.- Optimizing intranet performance and creating internet domains.- Increasing server capacity to keep up with demand in the flow of online traffic.- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining LAN/WAN/Wireless and related hardware, Firewalls, switches and routers.- Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts- Administering and maintaining remote VPN access, applications and security for network-related administration and access- Configure, deploy, and maintain FortiGate Firewalls including configuration and deployment of devices, firewalls rules, Intrusion Detection Systems and Site to site VPN. - Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.- Report to Operation Manager
