Started in December 1st of 2021, Targeted Solutions LLC aims to provide investors with tailored property management services. Servicing primarily small to medium Residential multifamily properties, with a goal facilitating the growth of quality, affordable housing in Southern WI while also effectively maintaining the physical property and maximizing profitability for the investor.

At Zersen Flooring, I sold flooring products in a retail capacity. I also provided administrative support which included managing AP/AR in Quickbooks desktop.

At Mosher Insurance, I was responsible for managing the second largest book of business in the company. I also managed a staff of 9 account managers where I audited accounts, trained new employees, provided support, as well as developed and implemented workflows.
