Air freight specialist :handle requests from our Customers, whether export or import requests concerning there goods by Time Critical service,OBC service,NFO or Charter Flight.Organize, coordinate and supervise the shipping process and inform the customer of each step from pick up to delivery.

AOG Desk : handle requests from our main customer Air France Industrie, whether export or import requests concerning sensitive aeronautical parts.Organize, coordinate and supervise the shipping process and inform the customer of each step from pick up to delivery.AOG : Aircraft On GroundAFI : Air France Industries MRO

• Coordinate with the hierarchy and ensure the application of signed commitments and develop the quality of service of the cargo entity.• Organize, coordinate and supervise logistics activities.• Manage the Import and export team during the shift.• Coordinate with the cargo supervisor for cargo flights.

• Acceptance and handling of freight at the cargo terminal from CMN.• Assembly of freight by destination and flight preparations in coordination with the export team.• Providing information (number of packages, weight, price) on the Cargospot system.• Creation of manifests accompanying the cargo as well as the introduction of flight data on ALTEA.• Receipt and preparation of cargo documents for export.• Inform customers through our freight control center (CCOFRET) of any irregularity concerning their goods after the departure .

• Control the smooth running of the Handling and ensure the correct reception of the freight at import warehouse as well as ensure the transit of the various goods for export.• Receipt and processing of cargo documents.• Pay particular attention to special cargo.• Supervise and treat with the import team any disputes received at the import warehouse.• Ensure the delivery of customers and their invoicing.
