The core focus of my role is on Media Relations, Brand & Reputation Management, Crisis Communication. As an expansion, activities include Marketing and Brand building for both internal and external audiences. All these are conducted keeping in sync with the Global ethos of the company, and merging them with an India-centric approach.I work closely with business teams on creating content, and thought leadership - for media & otherwise - that best keeps business/revenue goals and focus areas for teams as priority. These are woven in whilst creating strategy and executing PR plans.There is constant engagement with business leaders to keep in sync with overall business priorities and link them to day to day activities.There is definitely cross pollination across the diverse activities - from ensuring the right Brand speak, to annual marketing events, road shows, office level initiatives, speaker opportunities for leaders. As a part of the leadership team in Delhi, also take on Talent Engagement projects & initiatives across verticals.

Responsible for Media and Corporate Communications for Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces) through extensive interactions with the client top management. Created and executed media strategy for launching a brand, relaunching their flagship property, as well as the grand launch of a key palace property.
