As a senior solution consultant at Fluido I have been working with multiple customers from different industries in project manager and consultant roles. The actual tasks include project management, solution design and implementation, Salesforce development using Salesforce's standard and declarative features, building reports and dashboards, testing, training and documentation. Lately I have been part of the Fluido Care team providing support to our customers with everything from day-to-day administrative tasks to system enhancements.

I worked closely with Finnish and international customers as the project manager in Documill Dynamo implementation projects, and giving Dynamo training and technical support. In addition, I participated in the sales process by giving Dynamo demos to potential customers, kept Dynamo Resource Center up to date, and tested Dynamo and its new features.

I worked as one of Fonecta's Salesforce.com Administrators and was mainly responsible for products, reports and dashboards used in Media Sales. I was also responsible for monitoring, maintaining and developing Fonecta's contract confirmation processes.My daily routines included problem solving concerning mostly contract confirmations and Salesforce.com reports. I wrote specifications for IT department to make desired changes to contract confirmations and also tested the new features. I created new Salesforce.com reports and dashboards to the use of Media Sales, After Sales and other departments.

The title of my Bachelor’s Thesis was “Paper Requirements in Inkjet Printing”. The purpose was experimentally, backed by literature, to study essential paper properties in inkjet printing and the effect of cationic and hydrophopic paper surface on printing quality and print water fastness. (Grade: 5/5.)
