Shortly, I become extremely enthusiastic when my user-focused approach helps me create solutions that make Product Owners say "Wow" or a "So cool".But, because I like to speak a lot, below is an extended version of what I do at Honeywell.The most important things I bring in the Digital Customer Experience Center of Excellence team are the ability to think outside the box and have a multi-cultural team spirit mindset. I designs new functionalities by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts/ diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.

Leading the development of client or server applications and integrating them with various IT applications and/or ERPs, such as Charisma, QlikView and SAP. Working on internal contracts and onsite for external customers from small start-ups to multi-nationals in various industries for clients such as Sony, Sony Center, Canon, BenQ, Toshiba, PlayStation, Intel, Dell, FedEx, Miele, ABN AMRO (now known as The Royal Bank of Scotland), MIC.RO, Romtelecom, AseSoft Distribution (now known as NOD), The General Secretariat of the Romanian Government, The Department for Relations with Romanian Parliament, The Faculty of International Economic Relations or Spiru Haret Online University Library.

I was responsible for detailing functional requirements and technical specifications for the development of Avira’s, web based, flagship product. I worked closely with the product manager and designers, as well as front-end and back-end development teams, to create a simple, easy-to-use web product. I proposed improvements suggestions based on own research and gathered feedback and provide multiple types of deliverables, including workflow diagrams, wireframes, tech specs and usage analyses.

I was assigned the task to develop and lead implementation of a custom based ERP. Practiced in clarifying business requirements, performing gap analysis between goals and existing procedures/skills sets, and designing process and system improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Designed, installed and implemented web based applications in a multi-platform environment that included Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Linux servers, Virtualization with Virtuoso, Virtual Box, and VMware. Among them: the digital library, the personal page of the student, an eCommerce store and an eLearning online learning platform.
