I am self-motivated and love to learn new things. If I don’t know an answer it won’t be long until I find it. I am a problem-solver and consider any challenge that arises an opportunity to learn something new and to improve myself and whatever I may be working with. Challenges are opportunities for growth, and I never want to stop growing. Over a decade ago, I began my journey into the world of HRIS. Starting out in payroll, I used my curiosity as a tool and by asking ‘why?’ I was able to learn how the HRIS systems worked. After learning how they worked, it was a short step into asking the next question, ‘Is there a better way?’ Through trial and error, extensive training, and the desire to constantly improve, I have moved from a payroll processor into a System Analyst, improving the systems I work with, and the processes tied to them. With over ten years of experience working with HRIS/WFM systems, I am excited to explore opportunities that expand my knowledge in new software, different industries, and global locations.
