Key Responsibilities:CII International undertakes activities to connect Indian business with global business. Such activities include meeting the Heads of State and Government, decision-makers, networking with counterpart organisations, multilateral and academic institutions and other policy making bodies. CII's International Division is committed to stepping up its engagement with the world on a wide range of issues that it identifies as being national priorities of corporate India'.Working at the Latin America and Caribbean Desk of the international division I am responsible to work very closely with The embassy of LAC region in India and Indian Missions in the LAC region along with Ministries and our MoU partners and members.We take business delegations to the Lac region and receive business delegations from the region. We also coordinate VVIP visits to and from this region recently we coordinated and accompanied first ever business delegation to LAC with Her Excellency H.E. Mrs Pratibha Devisingh Patil, President of India.Arranging business-to-business meeting between India and LAC.

As part of this job, I am responsible for arranging National & International conferences as the Official Conference Manger and Travel coordinator. In this role, I am responsible for successful execution of the following activities: Key Responsibilities:o Supporting the conferences from backend and resolving all issues/queries related to the conference o Handling client’s & delegates’ queries on conference and giving resolutions within a prescribed time.o Supervising overall operations of the secretariat & Conference Venue.o Arranging Hotel Accommodation in various star category Hotels o Organizing Pre-Post Convention Tours for Delegates and providing necessary information required.o Conducting daily briefings to all participants for communicating necessary information.o Suggesting & arranging the venue for the conference as per the Client’s requirement.o Dealing with respective vendors
